How it works
The meter should be installed in a suitable place where it won’t get wet.
The device is connected to the electrical network, after which the built-in LoRaWAN module is turned on and your device is immediately registered in the system. You can also add your device to the database by using an app on your phone.
The radio module takes readings from the meters and sends them over a safe channel to the base station at regular intervals. The provider then puts your information into its tracking system.
The device allows energy providers to stop and start giving power to its customers, so if needed, it can briefly cut off people who don’t pay.
