How it works
Functionally, the gateway behaves like a robust cellular hub for your IoT fleet. It is installed close to devices that report over LoRaWAN—such as in apartment buildings or municipal facilities—where it aggregates messages from radio modules connected to gas, heat, water, and electricity meters. The collected readings are then forwarded to the utility provider’s server for processing and billing.
