NB-IoT radio module with the option to connect an external sensor for different types of meters, equipped with an external antenna

The pulse radio module with the option to connect an external sensor for different types of meters is designed for automatic collection of data on consumed resources and transmission of this data to utility providers and management companies via the NB-IoT network. 

The collected data is processed and displayed in a unified metering system, allowing for real-time monitoring of resource consumption. The system supports logging with hourly and daily granularity.

The data transmission frequency can be configured via a mobile application in the range from once per hour to once per day.

The device is equipped with an external antenna. 

The device is covered by a warranty:

– 24 months for retail sales;
– up to 60 months (5 years) for project deliveries.

Description

How it works

The device is mounted close to the meter, secured in place, and connected to it via a sensor. Sensor compatibility should be verified in advance to ensure proper operation with the Jooby radio module.

The device is activated with a magnet. Once activated, the radio module automatically reads the meter values and transmits the counted pulses. At the configured interval, the data is sent to the server over the NB-IoT wireless network. On the server, it is converted into readings and made available to the supplier in the metering system. Instant readings can also be sent using the touch button.
